  • Counter tops and back splash cleaned and disinfected (all items removed and replaced)

  • Cabinet faces wiped down

  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected 

  • Floor vacuumed/washed by hand

  • Exterior of appliances (oven/stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. cleaned top to bottom)

  • Microwave cleaned inside and out

  • Small appliances and trash cans hand wiped 

  • Windowsills hand wiped

  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates

  • Hand wash table and chairs

  • Baseboards hand wiped

Modern Kitchen

BATHROOM

  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected

  • Tub and/or shower and tiles cleaned and disinfected

  • Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined

  • Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind

  • Vanity top cleaned scrubbed and wiped down

  • Cabinets wiped down

  • Mirrors cleaned

  • Window sills hand wiped

  • Trash emptied and relined

  • Baseboards hand wiped

  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates

  • Vacuum and wash floors by hand

Luxury Bathroom

Some tasks such as picture frames, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and furniture legs will be on visit rotations and frequency is determined by us unless the client notifies us otherwise.

BEDROOMS/
LIVING AREAS

If the customer wishes to put a limit or cap on the number of hours, then they must notify the office prior to the start of any job.

WHAT WE CANNOT DO

  • Moving of any furniture

  • Cleaning homes that have been infested with bed bugs

  • Cleaning large areas of floors by hand

  • Use of ladders higher than 3 feet

  • Cleaning of cat litter boxes

  • Handling of pet feces

  • Cleaning of fireplaces

  • Hand washing clothes

  • Providing laundry services when the laundry facilities are not located inside your building

  • Cleaning outside of windows 

  • Stepping on kitchen counters to clean the top of cabinets

  • Lifting or moving of heavy items

  • Cleaning inside of toilets without a proper toilet brush
